"Wow! That's what comes to mind when I think about my experience with this office! Not only were the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but oh my gosh they made me feel like family. I recently moved to the area and maybe I'm just used to the way big city folks handle things because I wasn't prepared for the kindness that I received when I walked through that door. I don't usually leave a lot of reviews but I felt like Veronica the young lady behind the desk that helped me and the rest of the staff there needed to be recognized! Thank You!!!!!!:)"

"I feel like as the years go by that this office is getting worse and worse. They don't do much for customer service at all. Megan was great! She got my son a new policy with SF, saving him a $200 over his other policy with another company. So he paid for six months up front, with in a couple of weeks SF wanted more money, more than other insurance. So August 1st we canceled his brand new policy, was told there was nothing they could do blah blah! Long story short he still has not gotten his refund check back. Called last week and was told to wait until Monday (holiday) so I called today and still got the run around. It's been over a month and he can't get his refund, SERIOUSLY! Business use to care about Customer Service. And I canceled my car insurance too just Tuesday. I saved a whole lot of money with another company, not that these guys even care."

The rate increase was done by State Farm not my office and we did everything we could to try and stop it but those increases are based on driving record. As an office we tried to cancel the policy and get you refunded asap but corporate is who sends the returns and refunds. I understand your frustration but my team did everything we could. I hope we can work this out and get you the resolution you are looking for. "

"I reached out to State Farm and spoke with Caleb Taylor, he helped me save a ton of money on my car insurance and home insurance with way more coverage than my previous provider. Another great thing about Caleb is he answers anytime I have a question. I called for a quote and ended up changing everything over thanks to his amazing service.
